Speak the Truth in Love

Q – Our Formation Director overwhelms the members with much religious information not relevant to the subject we are discussing. How can we voice our concerns without hurting her emotionally?


A – In a healthy council or group, members must speak the truth in love. When any member—Formation Director, President, or anyone else—is overwhelming the members, this must be firmly brought to her/his attention.
